The SL series is divided into two types: on-site and single out, with the same specifications and dimensions:

2. The single output spline shaft and spline outer cylinder can be shipped separately, which is more convenient to use, but the combined accuracy cannot reach precision level. TBI MOTION still has strict quality control in the manufacturing process, so the precision of single output type has reached world-class level and assembly is easy. Customers can prepare and process the products themselves, which is quite easy.

Ball spline:

The characteristic of ball splines is that the rolling groove of the ball with high load capacity is precisely ground and formed, and adopts a Gothic 40 ° angle contact. Due to the large contact angle, it has a large load capacity in both radial and torque directions.

Zero clearance in the direction of rotation is achieved by combining the spline shaft with the outer cylinder of the spline using 2-4 rows of relative ball bearings with a contact angle of 40 °, and adjusting the preloading method to achieve zero clearance in the direction of rotation. High sensitivity: Due to the special design of the steel ball contact point, in addition to high rigidity, it is more sensitive and can reduce energy waste.
